Leading in the Future
Adeption co-designed and delivered a program for 5OO Salesforce Senior Vice Presidents that invited executives to Envision, Lead, and Enroll in the Future of Salesforce. The leaders created and pitched initiatives, applying insights they gained from industry leader keynotes in the areas of adaptive leadership, vertical development, equitable leadership, and organizational communication. Executives commented that the quality of participant insights and recommendations far exceeded what external consultants provide. After exceptional feedback, the program has gained board attention and expanded in scope for 2O24/25 with Adeption’s continued partnership.
