Do all clients have access to the Adeption Admin Suite?
There are three levels of access available to clients. Options include user/group administration (Group Admin role), full experience design and administration (Client Admin), and access to group reports (Reporting Admin).
Does Adeption provide training and support for the Admin Suite?
All new Adeption Administrators are provided with onboarding training. Admins also have anytime access to our digital Help Center and Customer Support team.
What can administrators use the Adeption Admin Suite to do?
Individuals with Group Admin access can manage existing users, add new users to groups, and create and manage groups on the platform.
Those with full Client Admin access can also create and edit digital experiences and workouts on the platform.
Reporting Admins can access Adeption’s Reporting Dashboard for groups of leaders.
