Carl holds an MBA from Babson College, Boston, where he was Platinum-Triangle Fulbright Scholar in Entrepreneurship, and graduated top of his class. He also has a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) from Massey University, in New Zealand, and was awarded the 2O11 Massey University Distinguished Young Alumni.

Corey brings 25+ years of experience in the field of leadership development built by consulting with companies around the globe and as head of Executive Development at a Fortune 3 retailer. Corey has led, consulted, coached and designed leadership programs for a wide variety of organizations around the globe.

 
She is married to her high school sweetheart and enjoys spending time with their two boys, kayaking, and playing strategy board games. She currently lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she continues to enjoy being outside and discovering as many of the 1O,OOO lakes as possible. Corey has a Bachelor of Arts (Biology) from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Masters of Science (Marine Ecology) from the Florida Institute of Technology.

He’s led high performing teams at Adeption, FLAME University, Reliance Industries, W.R. Grace, and Vardhaman. Darshan holds an MBA from Babson College (USA) and served as an advisory board member at the Babson College Collaborative. He’s a chemical engineer from University of Pune (India) and an active TiE Charter Member and PIC Member.

Don brings 15 years of continuous improvement experience and learnings from a variety of industries including Engineering, FMCG, Aircraft, Dairy and multiple SME’s.Don has held senior and junior continuous improvement roles, senior management roles, and been an apprentice – all providing him the ability to share his learnings, and build the capability of people and teams at all levels within organisations. Don has qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma and TOC and his passion is in building the capability of the people he works with ensuring that mindset changes are embedded into the way we work.

Matt is passionate about helping organizations develop problem-solving skills and improving how people work together. She studied Judgment and Decision Making at Harvard University in Boston and is a 2OO-hour qualified Yoga teacher.

He has worked with both small startup businesses and large corporates in Northern Europe and New Zealand, and recently has been leading change improvement programs in the health sector. Tim holds a Master’s in Business Studies (Change Management), a Bachelor of Technology with 1st Class Honors and is certified with the American Society for Quality as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Lettie is a highly experienced facilitator, trainer, and coach, with a background working with organizations worldwide to empower, motivate and engage people. She is committed to helping people to be their ‘best selves’ in order to live their best lives and create positive ripples in the world.

Lettie’s extensive background working in project management, sales, and leadership roles for corporate organizations has given her first-hand experience of how to address limiting beliefs, habits, and gaps from a perspective of strength and possibility. Lettie trained as a facilitator and coach with the Neuroleadership Institute and has her Professional Coach Certification (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She has a diploma in Positive Psychology and well-being.

Lettie enjoys ‘upcycling’ old furniture, competing with herself for her fastest 10km run, and ‘experimenting’ with positive parenting techniques on her 2 young children!

Stephen’s a practiced HR/OD leader with over 20 years experience in senior roles in large and medium sized organisations (from $1OM p.a. /150 FTE, to $1.8B p.a. / 8,5OO FTE), in both public and private sectors across Aotearoa, Asia-Pacific and EMEA. He holds degrees in Management & Employment Relations, and in Strategic HR Management from The University of Auckland Business School.

But at the heart of it, he describes himself a regular guy, who loves building awesome organisations. His authentically human and refreshingly honest take on organisational development and leadership, shines welcomed light into a bright future for the World of Work.

Stephen’s whakapa is Maori, Cook Island and Scottish. His hapū is Ngāti Tūkorehe from Ruapeka Marae near Tirau in the Waikato. His iwi is Ngāti Raukawa. He grew up in West Auckland where he lives with his whānau and 4 kids ages 9 to 15.

He is passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of others and leads the JumpShift Foundation, with the mission of making high quality leadership development available to people and organisations who may not otherwise have access to it.

Alistair holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen and a Post Graduate Diploma (with distinction) in HR Management from Napier University in Edinburgh. Dan brings 2O years of coaching, team facilitation, and people development experience, working with organisations worldwide to empower clarity, ownership, and engaging communication. Dan is a trusted advisor, speaker, and mentor. He has extensive experience with emerging leaders and senior management teams covering operations, training, coaching, and development. The US State Department, Tesla, Google, and Apple currently benefit from leaders he’s coached. APEC clients include Southern Cross Healthcare, Frucor Suntory, Fonterra, and the banking and FMCG industries.

Mark is our VP Sales & Delivery at Adeption New Zealand. He brings 25+ years experience in sales, facilitation and coaching having worked with organisations across the world through a number of consultancies including his own business. Mark inspires meaningful conversations and is passionate about what enables organisations, teams and individuals to achieve their potential.

Mark holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Managerial and Administrative Studies from Aston University in Birmingham, UK. He is a coach supervisor, an executive coach and member of the ICF, an NLP practitioner and loves facilitation and coaching that lifts and shifts personal and leadership development.

Mark lives in Waiuku south of Auckland, NZ with his wife Samantha, four children Alanah, Soraya, Jole and Khouri and cats Arty & Nova. He loves the forests and rugged beaches on the West Coast and body boarding with the kids so that the black sands get everywhere at home!
