The Leadership Mindset Indicator (LMI).

As part of the Incubator experience, you will receive a complimentary assessment and downloadable report called the Leadership Mindset Indicator (LMI).

The LMI is grounded in established developmental research and psychometric principles that have been utilized by thousands of leaders across diverse nationalities and industries. The methodology focuses on the internal ‘operating system’ of a leader, drawing on decades of empirical study into how individuals evolve to meet increasing complexity. By exploring these developmental stages, the LMI provides a validated lens through which to understand your own growth and leadership maturity. Find out more here.

What are the payment methods and group pricing?

What is included in the price?

The price includes access to the full Incubator experience, both the virtual and in-person events. Participants must make separate arrangements for hotels and accommodation and flights to the venue.

When will the program start?

For a detailed schedule, please view the schedule for your cohort on this page. You will be given access to the Incubator Adeption experience and we will notify you on the platform directly.

What if the dates/location doesn't work for me?
